My Favorite Picture

This is definitely my favorite picture I've taken so far. I took it at the Natural History Museum. The way his face is illuminated but the background is so dark makes it look really cool to me.

Millinery

A couple months ago I gave making a felt bowler hat a try. I made some bad choices and it didn't turn out well enough to use but I still think it's pretty cool that I was able to make something hat-like. Here are a couple pictures of my hat before I had to trash it.

Ponyo!

I was looking for something to do yesterday so I decided to mold a little figure. We saw the new movie Ponyo for my birthday and I really liked it so I gave her a go. I think she turned out pretty fun!

Headlands Beach

Crystal and I went to Headlands Beach this Wednesday. I haven't been there for a really long time and I forgot what a nice beach it is. We got there pretty early in the day and hardly anyone was there yet.



Crystal went looking for rocks...

Dolly Photo Shoot

We recently bought a fancy new SLR camera to replace our cruddy old pocket camera. We really wanted an excuse to take some nice outdoor pictures so we decided to do an outdoor dolly photo shoot.







I feel like a professional photographer with this camera it is so cool. The camera has 10x zoom, an anti-shake feature (which is great for me) and has some really useful settings to take different types of pictures. It doesn't do video like my old one though so no more armadillo videos.
